Deep Tissue

Thai
Thai massage is an ancient ayurvedic healing art. Through application of pressure on energy lines and points, and a vast array of passive stretching movements performed with the hands, feet, knees and elbow's, the body experiences profound relaxation, peripheral stimulation of internal organs, increased flexibility and increased flow of energy. Thai massage offers many of the same benefits as yoga does and many of the movements are very similar. It is performed on a mat on the floor with the client comfortably dressed. *Please wear loose, comfortable clothing*

Swedish
Swedish massage therapy is the modality that comes to mind when most people think about massage. As the best-known type of bodywork performed today, one of the primary goals of the Swedish massage technique is to relax the entire body. This is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of blood returning to the heart. But Swedish massage therapy goes beyond relaxation. Pre Natal
The Prenatal Massage is essential for moms experiencing the beauty and challenges of growing a new life. This massage is a combination of a relaxing, nurturing approach, coupled with clinical structural bodywork and includes long strokes, kneading and friction techniques, combined with neuromuscular therapy, and Myofascial release. IMPORTANT! Client must be out of the first trimester to begin receiving bodywork, but may continue to receive pre and post natal massage throughout. *A great alternative to bodywork is developing a routine of pelvic floor and breathing exercises, possibly with a PT specializing in this area*

Reflexology
Foot reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and their referral areas which correspond to every part, glad and organ of the body. Through application of pressure on these reflexes the feet being the primary area of application, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.

Enjoy a customized massage including hot stones, warm towels and aromatherapy with a friend, family or partner. Craniosacral
Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch manipulation of your head, neck, and the bottom of your spine. Your neck, back, and hips will feel looser and freer.

Hot Stone
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. (30 minute is add-on only) Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki promotes relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief to improve overall health and well-being.
