At Alchemy, we believe it’s not just the food we eat that nourishes us and shapes our health. It’s also our relationships, our career, our daily routines in areas like stress management, time management, physical activity, sleep cycles – as well as the development of a deep connection to our intuition and highest selves.
Beth Klein is an internationally certified health and lifestyle coach, writer, educator and speaker. Beth has been helping clients and teaching groups how to improve their health and happiness through nutrition and intentional lifestyle since 2016.
Almost all areas of health are highly personal. When it comes to diet and all the things that nourish us, we must recognize the concept of bio individuality: that what works for one person may not work well for another. One person’s nourishment can be another person’s poison.
Our health coach, Beth, will help you find and become committed to all the ways you can use food as well as all these other areas of your life to nourish yourself and thrive in consistent and sustainable ways. The tools you learn with Beth can be taken with you for the rest of your life, allowing you to continue to succeed and grow, no matter what life throws your way.
We believe that creating excellent health is a gradual process that takes patience and time. While we do offer individual health coaching sessions, we encourage you to commit to a weekly program with Beth and we offer 5 and 10 session packages that are more economical and convenient than booking individual sessions.
Week by week, Beth will gently guide you through and hold you accountable for implementing small, gradual additions and modifications to your day to day routines and mindset, that add up to big, long-term changes in the way life looks and feels.
